Hi, is your question about not being able to receive emails this morning? If so, please open the Inbox folder of your email in thunderbird, press F5, and see if it matches the following conditions:

• A message appears in the left-bottom corner, saying something like "[your email address]: Downloading emails in folder Inbox xxx/xxx...".
  • This means Thunderbird is fetching emails from server, so just wait a little while and it should be done. You also need to ensure you can access the email server.
• A box popped up, asking you to login to your email account.
  • This means Thunderbird failed to login to your account with your previous credential. Follow the prompt and enter the right password of your email again, so you can login to your email.

That is what I have been doing for years. Currently it goes to " Host contacted, sending login information" and hangs. Nothing further happens until msg arrives indicating my attempt "has timed out." Browser is Firefox, no recent changes. Windows 11.
