Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because connecting to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp-mail.outlook.com failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again. Seem to get this (or similar) error frequently. It's like the things I set randomly revert or change. Have sent images of settings. I certainly don't know what to do.
