My side panel with inboxes etc for all accounts vanished. No suggestion from Google search has worked. What do I do next?

I have several TB account in boxes with my ISP's email service and web mails in discrete folders. Yesterday they were showing in the left hand pane, which has now vanished. Opening TB, all I see is

I am expecting important emails, so this is totally frustrating, so how do I restore that side panel? And my sanity!
